By using साहित्य सञ्जाल (“Sahitya Sanjaal,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

साहित्य सञ्जाल is a community space for publishing and reading gazals, poems, stories, and other sahitya. Features may change as we improve the site.

You need an account to publish, like, or comment. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your email reachable for account notices.

You keep ownership of writing and images you post. By publishing on साहित्य सञ्जाल, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and adapt that content as needed to operate and promote the service (for example feed previews and share images).

You represent that you have the rights to post what you share, and that it does not violate law or others’ rights (including copyright and privacy).

Do not use साहित्य सञ्जाल to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Post illegal, exploitative, or hateful content
• Impersonate someone else or misrepresent affiliation
• Spam, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that break these rules or harm the community.

Published posts, usernames, display names, bios, avatars, likes, and comments are generally public. Drafts stay private to you until you publish. Think carefully before posting personal information.

The साहित्य सञ्जाल name, design, and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or misuse the service except as these Terms allow.

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy of content, or that every post is appropriate. Community writing reflects its authors, not necessarily साहित्य सञ्जाल.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of साहित्य सञ्जाल, including loss of content or disputes between users.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise this page.
